Millie Mackintosh The Made In Chelsea star scores a hat trick of modelling campaigns

While you might have been able to make the choice between tuning into or tuning out of reality TV show Made in Chelsea , whether you can escape one of its key cast members is now out of your hands.Millie Mackintosh is famous as a cast member in E4 reality drama Made In Chelsea. She is the best friend of main character Caggie Dunlop. Mackintosh had a romance with fellow cast member Hugo Taylor in the first series. In-between filming series of Made In Chelsea, Millie works as a make up artist.

Millie Mackintosh, the honey skinned brunette with a pout to rival Keira Knightley's, has been snapped up left, right and centre by brands wanting to cash in on MIC's success. The wealthy 22 year old, dubbed the "Quality Street heiress" her great grandfather and his brother invented the famous chocolates has been named the face of no less than three fashion and beauty brands in the past two weeks.

Today, fashion brand Lipsy released images of the trained make up artist as the face of their new 'VIP' line. Mackintosh is pictured posing in an elegant home amid plush carpets not far removed from her London reality, then. Additionally, skincare company Manuka Doctor recently confirmed her as their brand ambassador, a match apparently made in heaven as Miss Mackintosh needs a cleanser effective enough to rid of her of the heavy duty make up she wears in the show, which is currently wrapping up filming for its third series.

But the jewel in her modelling portfolio must be as the body um, we mean hair of course of Umberto Giannini's new Incredible Body range. Yes, you might have guessed what's coming next: taught Mackintosh plays The Incredible Body, parading her locks around with the assistance of a matching set of lingerie, and not much else. Her femme fatale role features online as a graphic online novel.

Dubai:Wife of the president of Chechnyas first lady unveils Islamic fashion

Chechnya's first lady, Medni Kadyrova, has displayed her Islamic fashion collection to a captivated audience in Dubai, faithful to the politics of her husband who has sought to impose Islamic dress codes in the Caucasus republic.
It is not uncommon to see royalty, political figures and other celebrities perched in the front row of fashion shows, but rarely do they also moonlight as the designer.

Playing both roles in Dubai this weekend was Medni Kadyrova, the wife of the president of Chechnya, who showed her new collection of haute couture pieces before a star-studded crowd including the Lebanese singer Najwa Karam and the Dubai-based designer Furne One.

Thirty of Kadyrova's gowns took to the catwalk under the label of Firdaws Fashion House, which, founded three years ago, scooped Grand Prix and Vice Grand Prix for Couturier of the Year 2011 in Moscow.

More than 20 veiled Chechen models paced the catwalk in a Dubai palace on Saturday evening, clad in silk and carefully embroidered muslin dresses that covered them from head to toe but also managed to outline their figures.

The show culminated in a display of wedding dresses.

Organised by the Firdaws (paradise in Arabic) fashion house, launched by Kadyrova three years ago, it was the first such show for the label outside Chechnya.

"With their beautiful eyes and their slender figures, they actually look like houris," said Omar, a Palestinian working at the show, referring to the virgin angels who, according to the Koran, await faithful Muslims in the afterlife.

"But our young women who wear revealing tops and short skirts, will they agree to dress like this?" he asked.

Firdaws was founded by Kadyrova in 2009 "to lead Chechen women towards a new way of life, full of harmony and serenity, based on the national Islamic traditions," according to a statement by the show's organisers.

"Dubai was chosen for the event because of the good relations between the two countries and between the Kadyrovs and the ruling family" in the emirate, said Zeina Habib, with the public relations agency who helped organise the show.

Dubai is considered "a fashion hub as well as being an Islamic country," she added.

"My designs are inspired by natural beauty and the grace of Arab women, to whom I dedicate my collection," Kadyrova said, adding that she hoped the show in Dubai would be "the first step towards the organisation of many others in the region."

Kadyrova is married to the Kremlin-backed strongman Ramzan Kadyrov, a 35-year-old former Chechen rebel who took power in 2004 and has described Islamic law as superior "to the laws of the Russian federation."

A father of seven, Kadyrov has sought to impose Islamic values by encouraging women to wear headscarves and men to take multiple wives, even though traditions like polygamy are in conflict with Russian law.

BIO

Born in the town of Decin, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic) on February 28th, 1984, Karolina Kurkova had a slight taste of what celebrity would be like, as her father Josef Kurka was a star basketball player. As a child, her height made her relatively awkward and gangly, but that would all change with age.

A close friend recognized her beauty and sent photos of Kurkova to an agency in Prague. Kurkova immediately landed a runway appearance, not to mention a commercial and print ad. Still, being a model  in the Czech Republic did not expose her to what fashion was really about, so Kurkova took a chance and traveled to Milan to gain some experience.

There, Miuccia Prada (the designer behind the famous brand name) signed her to a contract that proved to be the beginning of her stellar career. On september 7th, 1999, Kurkova's hard work as a 15-year-old model culminated in a meeting with some Vogue editor in New York. She impressed them immediately and the execs began to slowly groom her for success.

A move to the Big Apple and hectic work schedule ensued. It all paid off when Kurkova finally made her presence Known in the February 2001 issue of Vogue. One of the youngest models ever to grace its cover, the magazine helped propel her to stardom. She was now recognized at haute couture fashion shows and Victoria's secret, Yves Saint Laurent, Zeki.

Fashion history: Early Begining and Modern Fashion of Asian-African-Europian And American

FASHION::: A general term for a currently popular style or practice,especially in clothing, foot wear oraccessories. Fashion references to anything that is the current trend in look and dress up of a person. The more technical term, costum, has become so linked in the public eye with the turm "Fashion" that is the more general term "Costume" has in popular use mostly been relegated to special senses like fancy dress or masquerade wear, while the term "Fashion" means clothing generally and the study oe it. For a broad cross cultural look at clothing and its place in society, refer to the entries for clothing,costume and fabrics. The remainder of this part of Fashion deals with clothing fashions in the western world.

History::

Early Western:: Early Western travelers, whether to persa, Turkey or China frequently remark on the absence of changes in fashion there andobservers from these other cultures comment on the unseemly pace of Western fashion, which many felt suggested an instablity and luck of order in Western culture. The japanese shogun's secretary boasted to a Spanish visitor in 1609 that japanese clothing had not changed in over a thousand years.

Begining::::

The beginnings of the habbit in Europe of continual and increasingly rapid change in clothing styles can be fairly reliable dated to the middle of the 14th century to which historian incloding James Laver and Fernand Braudel date the star of Western fashion in clothing.

Modern::

Modern Westerners have a wide choice available in the selection of their clothes. What a person chooses to wear can reflect that person's personality or likes. When people who have cultural status start to wear new or defferent clothes a fashion trend may start. People who like or respect them may start to wear clothes of a similar style. Fashions may very considerably within a society according to age, social class, generation,occupation and geography as well as over time. If for example an older person dresses according to the fashion of young people. The terms fashionista and fashion victim refer to someone who slavishly follows current fashions. One can regard the system of sporting various fashions as a fashion language incorporating various fashion statements using a grammar of fashion.

Fashion industry:::

The fashion industry is a product of the modern age. prior to the mind-19th century, most clothing was custom made. It was handmade for individuals,either as home production or an order from dressmakers and tailor. by the begining of the 20th century with the rise of new technologies such as the sewing machine, the rise of global capitalism and the development of the factory system of production and the proliferation of retail outlets such as depertment stores clothing had increasingly come to be mass produced in standard sizes and sold at fixed prices. Although the fashion industry depeloped first in Europe and America, today it is an international and highly globalized industry with clothing often designed in one country, manufactured in another and sold world wide.

Media::::

An important part of fashion is fashion journalism. Editorial critique,guidelines and commentary can be found in magazines, newspapers on television, fashion websites, social networks and in fashion blogs. At the beginning of the 20th century, fashion magazines began to include photographs of various fashion designs and became even more influential on people then in the past. In cities throughout the world these magazines were greatly sought after and had a profound effect on public clothing taste. Talented illustrators drew exquisite fashion plates for the publications which covered the most recent developments in fashion and beauty. However, over the past several years, fashion websites have developed that merge traditional editorial writing user generated content. Online magazines like ifashion network and runway magazine led by Nolew Marine from America's next top Model, have begun to dominate the market with digital copies for computers, fashion is defined as the fashion of multicultural group such as African, American, Asian ect.

Intellectual property:::

Within the fashion industry Intellectual property is not enforced as it is within the film industry and music industry. WGSN has been a dominate source of fashion news and forecasts in steering fashion brands world wide to be inspired by one another. Enticing consumers to bye clothing by establishing new trends is, some have argued a key component of the industry's success. Intellectual property rules that interfere with the process of trend making world, on this view by counter productive. In contrast, it is often argued that the blatant theft of new ideas, unique designs and design details by larger companies is what often contributes to the failure of many smaller or independent design companies
